False Alarm

It can be somewhat confusing as a soon-to-be mom for the first time. There are quite a few guidelines about when to go into the hospital when you think you are in labor. But how are you supposed to know if the contractions are strong enough when you've never felt them before? Yep, I went into the hospital too early. However, it was actually on his due date, so I guess I wasn't jumping the gun too much.

They ended up sending me home because I hadn't dilated at all. That's a very discouraging feeling, especially when you didn't sleep the night before! And I knew there was probably another sleepless night ahead of me. I was right.
